What We Do
At the heart of our practice is the preservation extended deep plane facelift — currently the gold standard in facelift surgery.
We integrate this with extended deep necklift surgery, advanced endoscopic techniques, and micro- and nano-facial fat grafting. We work in the lowest anatomic planes to release the facial retaining ligaments while keeping skin and SMAS attached as a composite flap. This allows powerful repositioning with minimal surface tension and an unpulled, authentic appearance — with less bruising and a quicker recovery. Where indicated, we combine this with sub-SMAS deep endoscopic forehead lifting or open forehead lifting with hairline lowering, and with endoscopic midface and endoscopic facelift procedures, to create the most comprehensive deep plane pan-facial rejuvenation possible.
